If its stamped already, otherwise it ships like a package. They can't weigh and do individual postage on letters. They have stamps available at checkout in books of 20 or rolls of 100.
As of Sept 2018, current prices range between $0.99 per pound (drop off shredding) and $2.49 per pound (while you wait shredding).
Not sure. Usually Meijer is better or dare I say it Walmart.
