Customer service doesn’t match the prices. The staff doesn’t communicate with their tenants correctly. Also, it no compassion with their tenants it’s almost like we are prisoners paying rent. The ac always going out, the laundry room never works, parking lot lines aren’t visible! Your car gets towed because of the lines aren’t visible. My car has been towed 5 times because how horrible the parking lot is made. It’s not worth living here at all if I could give 0 stars I would.
