First, if she's capable enough to take care of herself I would suggest looking into Belvedere Senior Living behind Broadway Methodist Hospital. She would need Full Medicaid and a Medicaid Waiver to get in Belvedere. They do help with meds and all other needs. As for Spring Mill, my Mom was in there for three weeks. During the first week, they didn't give her Lasix which caused her to go into respiratory distress. After getting her back to normal, the following weekend after we had discussed how the Lasix was to be taken, the Nurse Practitioner said they were going to keep her off of it just for the weekend then resume it on Monday. Well, Dr Theodori discontinued the Lasix and by Wednesday she was in the hospital fighting for her life. They do have assisted living but they do not take Medicaid. There is a waiting list for the assisted living. Really wouldn't recommend Spring Mill.

8 am to 7pm are the normal hours for visiting in my experience. I have come later without any issues though. The staff is very accommodating.
