Trish who does the lab work there is totally AMAZING!!! I am not a huge fan of having bloodwork done because I have always had horrible experiences with them and Trish by far is the most gentle and great at talking while she does it and i honestly never felt a thing. I hope she stays with clean slate because she definitely is amazing at what she does! Mike L.

ALL the staff here are especially friendly. Understanding. Honestly recommend 5/5!! ❤️ I had to stop by and edit this a little. I had blood work done the last time I was in. Just this last Tuesday. I was surprised to find out how long (or should I say how short) Tricia has been drawing blood. She, without a doubt, is the best person I’ve ever had draw my blood. Barely felt a thing, and she got 4 vials. I’m not crazy about getting it done in the first place, but she’s welcome to draw mine anytime. Wish I could put her in my pocket and take her when I get it done for my doctor😉 Thanks, Tricia🥰

Love the staff at Clean Slate Merrillville! From the ladies at the desk, to Tricia, and the lab ladies, and of course, all of the wonderful counselor's, who work here!! Trisha was very nice in the lab and front desk ladies were very polite and caring. 1st class all the way. Helped me when I needed it most. Very caring people and they listen. If u are questioning getting help. This should make your decision easier. Highly recommend

Unfortunately they dont help people that are on methadone. They only help people that are on suboxone.
Yes its outpatient program but they also can find u a place for treatment if need be

I'm question the comment of them being very dedicated as far as the doctor , the other two are amazing and really care. And that office is horrible and very disappointing when it comes to the doctor . He is so dedicated that he closes early on a Friday cause he is the only provider there and no caring who needs their meds. I'm sure a few people are going to have positive test this week. We depend on that place to stay open the hours that they have on the door just like they expect us to be there exactly on time and if even 4 mins late guess what u can't see anyone u have to come back.
Rhonda this treatment place is an outpatient facility. You have to have insurance to qualify but they will help you do that along with a wide variety of other stuff
