This place saved me from going out and using. So I'm very thankful for that now with that being said there were a handful of problems but they pretty much fixed all that plus after they fixed almost everything they did switch owners and corporate. My only concern I have as of recently is they took my assistants and since switching owners and all now they don't take my insurance and want me to switch my insurance which let me tell you finding a doctor that takes new patients plus what insurance I have hasn't been easy so now they're telling me I'm going to have to pay for my dose. Which yes it's not a lot of money but at the same time when I have insurance and it's medicaid at that finding and switching all my stuff over isn't that easy when you can't find a doctor so I'm stuck with ok either pay or switch everything solely for MedPro. I'm over it and I honestly don't even know how they found out I have Medicaid in the first place but that really doesn't matter, I'm just annoyed with the fact of having to pay when I have insurance that makes it free.

Guest dosing here was an absolute breeze. The staff was courteous and I was in and out without a single issue!

I am a nurse and the partner of a patient who attends this clinic. Please choose a different clinic. The staff is rude and will retaliate if complaints are made and it's worse if you file a grievance. Constantly waiting 45+ minutes due to inadequate staffing. Waiting room consistently has between 20-40 patients, there's 3 doors and only one nurse. The director is clueless and has no idea when there are issues. The staff does not communicate with the patients to inform them of a wait or any issues that will cause a delay. If you call and ask if thr patients are informed about any delays they will flat out lie to you. They pick and choose which SAMSHA guidelines they will follow. This clinic has no respect for their patients or their patient's time. Please pick a different clinic, one that will actually care about you.

I started going well at least 7 years ago Bc that's when I rated it 5 stars and it's changed alot good and bad in between the years but right now at the moment I just wanted to take the time to say everyone there is really nice and caring. The lady that does my paperwork for insurance is the absolute best! All I have to do is bring what I'm supposed too, no BS she just has me sign it and I'm on my way. She's the best! I mean I used to worry what will happen with my insurance and stress about it. She's the best! Everyone I have met up there are really and caring.

After a one-time $100 guest dosing charge, the fees are the same for guest dosers as it is for regular patients: $15 per day or $98 per week.

Will insurance cover the $100 in take for new patients.

Most insurances will cover the intake fee for new patients in that a drug assessment is conducted as part of the intake. It does, however, depend on the insurance company. Please call our office during our regular hours of operation and we can go into more detail about this. We would be happy to help in any way we can.

Do you all do drug classes

We do not, at the moment, provide separate drug classes, besides those that are included in the treatment program for our patients already attending MedPro. Drug classes, however, are a part of our treatment program.
