Kids were peeing on other kid's beds, they were stealing pillows, using the "n" word as well as other racial slurs, they were screaming and acting up and the staff did nothing. They told the kids they were untrained! My kid said it was extremely stressful and kids were acting like savages. I am so unimpressed! It was nothing like what I was told it would be on the phone.

saba from the kitchen and the cherubs staff have all my heart 1 star for the other clients 2 stars for the actual treatment and “recovery” 5 stars for my girl sagona who taught me how to stack rocks a big shoutout to saba for giving me at least one extra of everything i wanted because she morally would not allow me to only eat one hash brown for breakfast or just a salad and refused to let me starve myself lewers was the most compassionate person i have ever met i wish i could’ve learned more, never forget bullying good old mr forehead every week during leisure ed. disc golf will never be the same there’s nothing more angelic than the clashing sounds of all our smokers coughs after running around playing soccer in the dry heat. ✨ the koi are the real MVPs of the place though, the fish and the unit. whoever is in charge of the koi is doing something right.

I was here back in 2020 or 2021 and the facility is well kept and clean. The units are nice. I’ve been through a few residentials and crance was probably the most beneficial. Hated my therapist & asked for a new one.. never happened until I had to go to the other side (cherubs) after I made comments about having urges to use lol but the place gave me good life lessons! I met great people The food was horrible besides breakfast, thanks for putting me on with chocolate chip bagels & strawberry cream cheese. The outside is gorgeous wish I was there during the summer. The staff is very understanding for the most part. Intake once you get up to the unit is a bit stressful. You will not be able to have phone privileges for the first 48 hours. It was hard, prepare yourself. My favorite staffing were Ms Rapp , Sagona & PC. The art & gym teacher went out of his way to draw me out a tattoo design, I will never forget that. I still have it

This place was the absolute best. Except for that one time all the staff thought the cherubs were getting HIGH when we were just goofy girls having a blast.

Hi Aiyana! Thanks for the question. Clients aren't allowed to have phones; however they have opportunities to call their family each day, and video calls can be arranged.
Visitation and phone calls yes but is limited to who is on the patient's list. The list is set up by the parent/s with the primary therapist. Phone calls are only during scheduled times and only so many minutes per day (if I remember right was 5-10 mins based on their level) and that time goes FAST! Otherwise as parents, we can call and get a status any time but not being able to talk to our child.
No cigarettes for minors. Only doctor prescribed meds.
