Always start on a positive note. Lots of items to pick from. Clothing for all ages and gender. Now the rest of the story. I take a box and a bag for consignment into the store. Items were all washed, folded , the jackets and blouses had been pressed. I have many different labels , everything from Macy's, The Gap, JCPenney, Calvin Klein, Versace to name a few. I was told it would take about 20 minutes for them to look and decide what they can take and the value of it. They give me a meager credit for what I brought in. I get this is a consignment shop and I'm not trying to make top dollar. However, I didn't think I would be bringing home everything that I had taken into the shop. They said they are looking for certain designer labels. I assumed they had taken all of the designer items out. When I returned home and sifted through the big ball of clothes that they return back to me I found the Calvin Klein's and most of the high end items. I know the quantity I took in and it appeared that I was taking home almost exactly what I had brought in. I specifically asked them to name some of the brands that they accepted. My brands were on that list. Maybe I'm not stylish enough and they were trying to spare my feelings or they just pulled the clothes out and threw them back in the bag and box? Not certain it just didn't seem right though. I had also browsed around the store and found a couple items with the original store tags which had the original retail price on them. When I saw the Plato's tag they had it priced $2 higher than the original. Before I left I asked them is this normal protocol? Isn't this a consignment store and do you really charge more for the item than it was originally worth? Buyer beware, watch those prices on the items. You can probably go back to the store where they originally come from and buy them for the original price instead of a $2 increase. Things that make you go hmmm... The least they could have done was make an attempt to fold the clothes and put them back in the boxes and the one bag that I brought them in. Always end on a positive note. Lots of items to pick from. Clothing for all ages and gender.

Decently priced. Went into the changing rooms today, the one in the middle specifically. Saw the camera in the reflection of the mirror (camera is placed above the cashiers wall opposite side of the changing rooms). I hope the cameras do not see nor record people changing... very uncomfortable to think about. I walked over to the cashiers side to double check if the cameras would be able to see downwards into the changing rooms.... I'm pretty sure it can since it's so high up. The cameras would definitely be able to see people's reflections as they are changing. Keep in mind the next time you are here. EDIT: Mirrors have been moved to the sides of changing rooms. 👍 Thanks!

Kind of fun place to take the family and pick out shoes and clothing from the fairly large selection of what looked to be pre owned as well as some new with tag items. We spent an hour and made a great time of it

I just brought a friend and her son. I didn't pay attention.
No but they are in partnership with once upon a child and that store is kiddie corner from where platos closet is.
Yes they do. They need to be lightly used tho. You won't make very much money because they resale things for cheap

Very fair return.
Yes you can!! Good condition and on trend are their major stipulation!!
We take all seasons all the time as long as it’s a cute, current, trendy item in great condition
You would have to take it in and let them decide. Consignment shops buy good quality items call ahead.

Nothing!!! Too expensive for thrift items.
They usually stop "buying items" about 1-1.5 hours prior to closing to ensure they have enough time to review and price your items.
Yeah
