I would not recommend anyone seeking treatment to go to Rosecrans, there are much much better healthier centers out there

I was told to go to an address to get here in the middle of nowhere of nowhere it was a farmhouse. On hold for 20 min. Called back. They said go around back, all I found was a garden area. Tried 2 doors. turned away. A Lot of red flags here.

I have called since 8 when the Harrison campus opens yet it's 8:57 still no answer even in a emergency

Adults must go into treatment voluntarily. It is not a locked facility, meaning we do not keep clients at Rosecrance Harrison Campus against their will. A typical length of stay is 35 to 40 days. For strategies to convince a loved one to enter treatment, read our "Getting Past No" booklet on our website. Please visit our website, then click on "Resources" and then "Resources for parents." We've put together a list of our resources for parents on this page; "Getting Past No" is one of many resources to help parents.
Yes they help with mental health the best I went there when I was younger and it helped me alot currently trying to go back
what meeting
Hello Joyce, yes - we offer residential treatment here. A typical length of stay is around 30 days.
I went. It wasn't bad whatsoever. It actually went by really fast.
Yes he is able to get a bed at this age. I believe that they still do. But I shld call and ask when u call to ask for placement
Detox for adults is at our Harrison Campus. It is the same location as our residential treatment center. Please call us for information on availability.
HI Pamela, Thanks for the question! Yes, we do accept IlliniCare/Aetna Better Health.
Hi, thanks for asking. No, we do not have a pool at the facility.
Hi Elizabeth, we treat men and women at the Rosecrance Harrison Campus.
Yes
They do..you would just have to qualify
There is no outside food or drink. Some individually wrapped hard candies may be allowed but still have to be in the original package and unopened and these have to be checked in at the front desk for the client to have. Visiting hours will vary from site to site as well as which unit the client is on. Visitors also have to be approved prior to the visiting day. The best thing to do would be to call in advance and leave a message for the client/counselor for a call back to discuss visiting.
We do not work with County Care insurance for our detox/residential facilities. We do accept county care for our outpatient programs that are located in cook county.
Yes, an appointment needs to be made and a chart needs to be opened on a client prior to arriving for admission to any level of care.
It is impossible to give an accurate timeframe for the waiting list due to how the list is designed. It can be extensive at times. The best suggestion if in doubt, would be to call the main number and ask an access representative to check and ensure that you/the client is still on the waiting list.
No, there are two people per room.
