Jessie who answered the phone when I called for help, was the nicestest most genuine loving woman. I'm so happy to have talked with her. I didn't get her last name, but Jessie you know who you are. Thank you Jessie, may God bless you abundantly. 💗

Hey recovery works, when someone calls for a consultation, how about they don't open the conversation with "it's 15,000$ without insurance" easy way to kill the call

I was never a patient at that place but my girlfriend was and still Is. She told me the phone policy there about only being able to use the phone twice a week for 15 minute intervals well when I called and asked about their phone policy they told me that the patient could call out anytime they wanted and they can get calls so I called there and the lady answered the phone and was gonna pull her out of group until I told him no and she likes it there but she probably wouldn’t if she found out that they made her look like a liar I almost told her not to call me again because I thought she was lying to me until I talked to another lady obviously probably higher up lady because she’s been working there for four years they told me the same thing she did these people need to learn their own rules and not lie to potential patients to reel them in now to any of you that want to say that I should trust her she has lied to me quite a bit in the past and I thought she was back to her old behavior so this place should’ve never put that doubt in my head they could’ve caused her to relapse

Dont go to this wreck of a rehab. They have a very poor system and most the staff are still kids. I spent 5 days there and left because trust me when I say this place is the worst. There are better facilities stay away from this one.

They don't allow outgoing phone calls for the first two weeks, then you only get to make a 15 min call once a week, if the day she chose was near the end of the week it would be 3 weeks before you receive a call
Medication is provided to prevent seizures, aid in the recovery of the liver, and to help make the withdrawal process more comfortable. The health and physical wellbeing of clients are a top priority.
Sunday's visitation is 1:30pm to 3:30pm CST. In order to be qualified to visit a client, you must attend the family session on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm.
Family members can call and check on their loved one at any time, from time of admission. After hours is difficult to get through, as nurses and techs are with patients. There is 7 day black out period for personal calls, for stabilization. In order to be able to speak with a current patient the caller must be a listed emergency contact so that we have a release on file. Otherwise we won’t be able to confirm or deny if they are there, but can take a message & deliver it if the person is a patient.
Yes they do. See their website.
