Horrible. Warn your friends and family. Whenever a sales rep from spectrum shows up at your door. Turn them away. I was happy with Allo. Then one day, a nice guy in a blue spectrum shirt told me if I switched I would get my 1st 3 months free and then tv & internet for $40 a month after. He told me he would take care of signing me up and I was “in good hands” My 1st bill came due & is $129.50. I was shocked. They even included voice. I never signed up for voice. When I explained the situation, I was told they have never heard of $40 a month for internet and tv. Why would I switch when I was happy with Allo paying $38 through them? They lied to me and will lie to you. I asked for them to honor the price I was promised and I was told no & they have never heard of that. I asked them to refund the voice charge because I don’t have a home phone and I was told no. However, they offered me spectrum mobile free for a year. WHY WOULD I WANT THAT??? I want what I was promised! BEWARE. They will scam you & your family like they did me. Stay with allo or even Windstream. I have had both and I have never been treated this poorly by anyone else. TERRIBLE! Absolute joke!!

Kind of hard to find, as the entrance is like on the back of the building, not facing tje street (48th). They seem to be really busy on a regular basis. Don't be surprised to take a number and wait of them to call your name....
