I transferred to this clinic last year from Arizona, my clinic there was amazing so when I had to move back home you can imagine the fear I had after coming from such an awesome place. Well, from my intake until now I am extremely happy, I love my counselor, the doctor, the nurses an front desk. Not only did they honor my take homes(which was weekly since I was on a benzo an that was the highest I could go, but now Im already at monthly) they also didn’t have an issue that I’m on a higher dose due to metabolizing it fast. Also, they have been awesome in the fact that I have to travel over 3 hrs one way an over a pass so in the winter it could be a real problem. I could not be more thankful for all of them especially my counselor Arianna!!! Thank you!!

Fair treatment, they used to have long wait lines but they have improved. They were willing to work with me working far away which really made my recovery possible.

In April of 2021 I will have been at wvct for 6 years and in my experience if you just follow the requirements and stay true to yourself you will do just fine. I'm always hearing negative things as I stand in line waiting to dose and how people are always getting group holds even tho they say they attend the required amount but me personally as long as I'm on top of my groups and keep to myself as well as respect the staff, I never have any issues. It's all about what you make it to be. If your unhappy about the requirements and feel it's unfair then maybe this specific facility isn't your deal...

For the most part the clinic runs smoothly. As long as you comply with the rules and regulations you have nothing to worry about. Its not that difficult to comply, they are very clear about their expectations. Since they've expanded to a larger building and are working to staff it properly with more permanent nurses and counselors things have been getting better. By getting better I mean that the wait times to dose aren't as long so you are in and out faster. They've increased the number of groups they offer as well as have larger rooms available to accommodate more clients per group. Even the parking lot has been easier to access, which is a huge plus. I find that most of the staff are friendly and helpful, the Doctor & nurses are knowledgeable and the counselors are easy to relate to. The down side that I've noticed is once in awhile they hire someone that isn't a good fit, they fail to realize they have a job at the clinic solely due to the patients/client's. Without us they wouldn't be employed there. Sure they don't last very long, but the clinic should be a place we feel safe to go to and not feel anxiety about going in each day. It is an area that needs work, but overall its been a life saver and has made my life worth living.

Nope, Cherriots City bus times don't allow for that. I've tried with Lincoln City but was cutoff before I could make it. You'd have a better luck renting a car.

When you first start the program it is very overwhelming. Your intake process seems to go on forever. Just stay focused and remember what bought you to the clinic, You will get through it, things will be less stressful and you'll start feeling better. I've had great experiences with the doctor, all the nurses and my counselor. As long as you work your program you'll meet your goals and the staff will be there to help you along the way. Just remember that it is a process and take it one day at a time.
Right now the public bus is free, as long as you have a mask to wear
