I was shipping a package to a customer who made a purchase from me off of my Ebay account, and Rich (the store manager) and Kermit (a sales representative) greatly assisted me in the technical aspect of printing out my shipping label for the package. They went above and beyond with there assistance, and they were extremely knowledgeable and proficienct in every aspect of their duties. FedEx is very fortunate to have these two professionally competent and cordial individuals under their employment!

Packages leave thr @ 6pm. As far as I know they're picked up once a day. I think flats are picked up often. You can call them & make sure. But I would have ot tere b4 4 or 5 to be sure.
