Rented a full size car and was instructed what cars were to choose from. Asked twice about them and both individuals said they were full size. After two days of struggling to get in and out - 6’4” - I looked online to find the vehicle to be a small/mid size. Called hertz and they informed me that nothing could be done until I returned it for compensation. Held my breath but the Gold counter representative gave a credit on future rental Lesson learned to trust yourself and ask a manager before leaving.

There are bound to be some issues with a large company that does a ton of business. We arrived Tuesday and walked into Hertz around 3pm and it was basically empty. The truck we rented was listed on the board and within 15 mins we were on our way to our destination. So again I am sure there are issues, but for us today it was super easy.

STAY AWAY! Yes I used all caps for a reason. There was a line that took me 1.5 hours to get through. There are seven other rental places here and Hertz was the only one with a line this long. They only have 3 employees tending to the customers. Totally unacceptable. Get off a long flight and then wait for another 2 hours to get your car.

Traveling for a conference in West Palm Beach, Fl so I landed in Ft. Lauderdale and picked up a rental car from this agency thru my airplane reservation. The counter wasn't far from my gate so I was glad. The line wasn't very long and the service was reasonable. The counter personel were efficient but there was no one at the stalls where you pick your car at first. A gsntleman dud come after a bit and pointed me in the general direction. I reserved a mid sized car and I didn't see any so since I was travelling alone I just settled for a compact. The check out gate was very efficient and informative so I had a good experience compared to many nightmares that I have heard about lately!

Have you tried calling the number for the branch your inquiring about? That's how we was able to contact them..

Yessir. You may have to pay a fee but it's definitely doable
So they could keep your cc on file and so they could keep forgetting to assign you a car and you can go to specific tier parking lot but you won't like the cars there unless they "mistakenly" put a bmw there that smells like smoke

Yes as long as you have a Reservation they is a board and you just go to the spot it tells you.
