Can you install signs at the EV chargers that those spots are reserved for EV's while charging only, there is plenty of parking available there, no need for gas cars to be parked in front of the chargers, that happened when i was there...

Probably not, I suggest you call their corporate office. That's who hotel will refer you to. Putting up a sign will get you fined arrested and embarrassed.
