We reserved a 6 person room with two queen beds and a pull out couch for 2 adults and 4 kids. We got just two queen beds, so had to talk two kids into sleeping in sleeping bags on the floor. The pull out couch was really why we booked this hotel over others. Otherwise the rooms were clean and in good shape. There was a microwave and a fridge. They have shampoo and conditioner mounted to the wall rather than the mini bottles. Our room was out of conditioner and you can't tell until you try to use it, so my husband had to run to the front desk for more during my shower. So double check that you have what you need before starting a shower. Breakfast definitely deserved criticism. It supposedly ran until 9:30, but when I went at 8:50, they were already out of most things. I checked back a few different times before they closed, and nothing was refilled, so we pretty much only ate sugary muffins and burnt sausages for breakfast. On a plus side, pretty much all the employees we interacted with were great. Also, the pool was "closed for covid", even though all the other hotels we stayed at this trip has pools open and I didn't notice any other covid precautions in the hotel. The ad we booked through listed a pool as an amenity, and we told the kids there'd be a pool since it was in the listing. Update your listings of you haven't had a pool for two years. Also, the ice machine is broken, but we were able to get ice as needed from the front desk.

Rooms were not clean. The hotel has 0 amenities. There is no ice, there are no water fountain. The pool doesn't work. The whole place sticks. The lobby smells like natural gas.should not be call Holiday Inn Express if it's not going to offer all basic services other hotels offer. First Holiday Inn that doesn't meet any of my expectations. Management is not providing any kind of solution to any of the problems of the hotel.

Overall good stay. Most of the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean. Fire doors propped open was concerning since the signs said "Keep Fire Door Closed" but maybe there was a resaon for them being open. Breakfast could be improved. Not a big selection and hot items were not hot.

Breakfast was great!! Employees were awesome except one. Very clean and comfortable.. it's in a very convenient area.. target right in the back, banks,food places.. I just don't like that they call the police instead of being professional and letting whoever know that they have to ask them to leave for whatever reason. They send the boys to the room to tell you to leave .. so not cool if police are not really needed
