The rooms are nice, but the customer service from the management needs work. I'm a widow & use Hotels.com even before my husband passed. I forgot to update the reservation when making it & it was under my husband's 1st name. This has happened before & never had an issue once I explain what must've happened. Well, they wouldn't give me the room & they were completely full. I was up for my uncle's passing & still the front desk mgr wouldn't budge & honor my reservation. I had to pay a higher rate because I was being rented as a "walk in". If it wasn't for my needing the room, I would've walked away! I used to love this hotel, but this particular location i will not ever go back to.

Stayed here over the holiday weekend. Beautiful hotel. Great location. It was close to my boyfriend's family and lots of shopping was near by. Will definitely stay here again when we visit in July

Great location. And nice atrium, which is why it gets 2 I feel bad for the bus load of senior citizens here for a tour. Was just told the elevators won’t work for “quite some time” after a fire alarm went off malfunctioning elevators. No air conditioning in the halls and lobby. Price was very high for the level of service. The front desk insisted I did not have a room when I got here even after I explained I had booked it online had the digital key, the confirmation and the credit card that I used to pay almost $300 for 1 night. They claimed “security reasons” for not being able to help me at all. Fortunately the digital key worked. Meanwhile, the door to 512 does not close. It was open when I got to the room.

The hotel is nice.. room was good, bathroom shower could use an update.. but the whole purpose of this stay was the pool.. very upset that it states the pool is heated.. because the water was freezing.. kids didn't stay in very long.. got bored and ended up leaving the night of check in

There are tons of places, especially chain restaurants. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to any within 5 miles. That's what I did and I wasn't disappointed.
Open to the public but it's not very big.
