A really great place to stay. The staff is outstanding, so friendly. Every single one of them greets you with a smile. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel if you’re looking in the Rochester area.

Positive: Location. Wonderful bedding! Negative: Shocked there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to get one from the front desk. The room was freezing, and it took at least an hour to warm it to a comfort level.

This hotel is incredibly well staffed with people that go above and beyond. Bianca made sure all of my needs were meet while making me feel right at home with her radiating warmth. Mike the manager was also amazing in ensuring my stay here went super smoothly. I will definitely be returning for the staff alone, but the wonderful breakfast sealed the deal! Great job

This hotel is so convenient for getting anywhere in Rochester, but the best part is the wonderful staff. Bianca and Mike did everything to make my family and I feel super welcome and well taken care of during our stay. Absolutely will be returning
