Excellent burgers and service in restaurant. Had to use the freight elevator to get to my room. Through a back tunnel near maintenance shop. Stale and dark inside with broken escalators. Staff was nice. This property needs a lot of work. I'm sure when it was under the Radisson flag it was beautiful. We don't stay there anymore.

Staff was great and the fact that there is a shuttle to/from the airport is nice (they will even pay for your cab if your flight is early in the morning before the shuttle begins). But the rooms were not very clean (lots of dust in the sink) and no food. The ballrooms and bathrooms were freezing on the second floor.

It’s a hotel.... The front counter staff was nice but the hotel itself is real out dated. 2 of the 4 elevators work so getting up and down from rooms can take a minute. The towels are stained pretty nicely & the bathroom toilet doesn’t flush. The shower does not drain very fast so you have to be quick to avoid it running over. Please be careful after dark as the homeless population around the hotel is demanding... all in all if you don’t have to stay here.... don’t! If you do... don’t say you haven’t been warned.

This place should seriously consider shutting down when there are big events in town. We stayed for the UFC fights. Attempted to check in at 3:15 and said it would be another half hour. Check again at 3:50 and still not ready. Finally after speaking to a manager we got in our room at 5:00. 6 hours after the check out time. After the fights we got back to the hotel to find that 2 of the 4 elevators not working and a line of people waiting for the 2 that were working. Finally we get to our room to find out that our key to our room doesn’t work. So have to go back downstairs and wait in line again. The bar stopping serving food before the fight got out. Now when you know there are a lot of people attending an event that goes to 11. You should probably consider staying open later. I will never stay here again and the manager of this place should be removed of their duties immediately.
