Customer service is an EPIC FAIL HERE. Fairly knowledgeable, but they seem to not like their jobs. Each employee was short and very crabby on each of my four visits. I overheard an employee answer the phone and his answers to the customer on the phone seemed extremely belittling and downright rude. I scheduled a service call and boy was that a nightmare. Tom came out the first time to assess things and infuriated my wife with his extremely rude demeanor as he talked down to her like she was stupid. If we knew everything about pools we would not need Leslie's. To go on the follow up house call appointment I made sure I was home to avoid my wife having to deal with Tom's disrespect and she sure was right. Right off the bat his comments were uncalled for and rude to me as well. If I didn't need / want the work done I would have asked him to get lost. This experience with Tom was the last straw for Leslie's. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future for sure.

Bad service, we were waiting a long time to find out if they had an item we needed and in the end they just said that they still hadn't looked to see if they had it, we left.

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me out at no success! No greeting, they won’t even look at you. Nate couldn’t answer my questions, Thomas completely ignored me after I asked for help, and the older guy was picking and choosing who he wanted to help after being told by Nate I needed help! What a waste of time driving this far to encounter this 3 guy’s horrible customer service. Incredible!
