Ridiculously fun! Have visited several times and all the coaches are friendly and helpful. If you've never tried it before, they teach you everything you need to know to be safe and have a good time. Even better, if you bring competitive nephews, they will teach them trick shots to work on. 😉

Is there an age requirement

I think there are some physical minimal qualifications to be able to throw an axe. For example, the axe throwing techniqie they teach requires a torso rocking movement, so if you have balence issues, that could be a problem. Also, its a 2lb axe, the taget is about 10 ft away. So need strength to through is that far. That being said, we had a group of 11, and we brought our 3 y/o with us. With close parental supervison, behind the fence, it was no problem (you can generally only have 2 people throwing at a time unless you rent out more that one cage. Hope that helps.
