Daniel deserves a raise and I wish him the best of karma. I am dealing with a lot right now and I have not had the best experience with this post office so I was not expecting much help. He helped me re-open my same mailbox. I was not expecting that and I am so grateful for his help. We don’t always realize how far the most-simple acts of kindness and willingness to help can go. By far the worst PO I've ever dealt with - not only does my home mail wind up with all my neighbors, but my vacation hold mail was never delivered and they couldn't find it when I went to pick it up once I was back. Manager made me wait over 15 minutes while they "looked" for it and then said I'm so sorry I'm not sure what happened to it. That was it - never got the mail and they never commented on it again. She should be fired - my 12 year old could do a better job running the place. And don't ever call because they NEVER answer the phone. The staff is also not friendly or nice at all - unless they know you - they will treat you like dirt. Best city in America, but we have the worst PO ever!!!
