The Assistants were great! I think it was Kayla that was phenomenal. Location and rooms were clean and spacious. My cat healed from her kidney infection from the medicine that they prescribed; so that's great! However, the Doctor, It seemed, was a little uncaring. I felt like not much was explained, the medicine, what was happening to my cat, the test results (Wish I had a copy), the timing . Was super pricey! My cat did heal from the medicines and it was clean but pricey and some lack of communication.

The doctors and staff are so friendly and supportive. The front desk is always so sweet and always loving up on ever dog that comes in! I just found out my oldest dog has liver disease and it’s been very stressful they had changes medications and many other options to try they were very understanding about my budget and we found a way to work around. I’m very thankful for them to be so. Caring for my dog. I would recommend there urgent care side and general practice. My fur baby is has anxiety but loved everyone there!! 😊

When I initially took my puppy Sadie in, I received excellent service from the veterinarian, Dr. Sarah Oates, and the vet tech. Dr. Oates didn’t know exactly what was wrong but prescribed a wide range of medications to cover the most likely culprits. I was advised to bring in a stool sample as soon as possible (that evening or the next morning) so that they could clearly identify the problem and be sure it was being addressed with the prescribed medications. After gathering the sample and driving to drop it off immediately after, as instructed, that is where my horrible experience began. I informed the woman working the front desk that I needed to pay and drop off a stool sample. I did not catch her name but she had very short, bleach blonde hair and a lot of very intricate tattoos. She was extremely aggressive and unprofessional with both her questions and responses. She made it clear that I was wasting her time and was very rude for no apparent reason. She stated that there was nothing in the chart about the stool sample and that I should come back in 2 weeks. I told her that I was confused since I was told by the vet and tech to bring it in as soon as possible, the evening of the visit or next morning, not in 2 weeks. I tried to explain that they weren’t sure what was wrong with my puppy and the test was to help with the diagnosis. She basically stated that she would take my $100, but the test would be worthless. I apologized for wasting her time and went to leave. She then stopped me and asked if I would like to speak to a tech. I readily agreed, hoping they could clear up the confusion. She then quickly stated that wasn’t an option since they were all very busy. Confused as to why she even offered then, I again apologized for wasting her time and left. What should have been a simple visit with me paying $100 and dropping off my puppy’s stool sample turned into a horrible experience that I feel needed to be shared. I guess I will never know what is wrong with my puppy and can only hope the broad spectrum of medications will do the trick. After going back home, I called the office, hoping to speak with Dr. Sarah Oates or a least leave a message for her to call me back at her soonest convenience so that I could get some clarification about the stool sample. The same front desk person from before answered the phone. She stated that Dr. Oates only worked there occasionally, but I could leave a voicemail, and Dr. Oates would would contact me the next time she was in. I told her I was fine with that and waited to be transferred to voicemail at which point the woman stated that Dr. Oates didn’t have a voicemail. Confused since she brought up voicemail first, I then asked to simply leave a note for her to call me with my name and number. I wouldn’t be surprised if Dr. Oates never gets my message or if she actually was working the day that I came in/called. UPDATE: My spouse and I returned later the same evening with a new stool sample from our puppy. We brought along the visit summary from the night before. We highlighted the instructions which stated we were to bring in a stool sample as soon as possible. We were ready to prove to the woman at the front desk that we really were supposed to be there, and we weren’t wasting her time. To our pleasant surprise, we were greeted by a different woman who was much more helpful and professional. From the cost sheet from our previous visit, she was able to quickly locate the exact test the vet had ordered. We paid, and she took the stool sample to the back. It was a much better experience. Later in the week, Dr. Oates texted us the results, discussed the likely cause of my puppy’s GI issues, and even recommended a puppy food to try. I am happy to say that my puppy is now doing well. I am thankful for the help from Dr. Oates, the vet tech, and the second woman at the front desk, who all contributed to a positive experience as well as my puppy’s speedy recovery.

Couldn’t find a place that could care for my dog with possible ringworm. They got us in really quick compared to other places that had a couple months wait. The staff and doctors were so friendly and really listened to my concerns and cared about our Luna, even getting down to her level and helping her feel comfortable throughout the whole time we were there. I would recommend this place to everyone. They also have many different treatment plans and go over everything with you.

Some of our Veterinarians are comfortable examining and treating pocket pets, but are not necessarily scheduled every day of the week. Please call us at (509) 581-0647 and we can further assist you with care for your hamster.

Do you treat rabbits? If yes, how familiar are you with their special needs? Thanks.

I would suggest calling them directly. These questions go out to the community and not necessarily the business. They are very good though, so if they do see rabbits then they will be in very capable hands. Good luck!
