The whole visit was amazing. Everyone there was so kind and helpful! There was small wait past my appointment time but they were busy and, once I got back, I was treated like no one else was in the waiting room. Great job!

Pretty disappointing experience. I provided my insurance details upfront. They clearly did not check them. AFTER the visit, I got a bill for $225 and a letter stating that they did not take my insurance. They should have checked this before. Additionally, the visit was right in the middle of a pandemic. This is a doctor's office and not a single person (receptionist, nurse, or the doctor) was wearing a mask. Then she barely examines me (stethoscope through my shirt). Now I have to find another doctor who takes my insurance and start again. I never write reviews but decided I'm not letting this one go. Very poor form all around.
