As a tourist, I visited the campus and this splendid library. Splendid atmosphere, vast library spread over four floors catering to all the subjects the students in the campus look for. The bran muffins are popular at the bake ends cafeteria inside the Library. Happy to have visited.

No. You do not. However, if you are not an ISU student, printing from the computer will cost money.
