My wife I just wanted to get away for the weekend and landed at this location. It wasn’t in the downtown costly area, but rather right off the interstate. Appearance, cleanliness, breakfast and amenities were excellent. Room size and decor were updated and modern. Staff, front desk and housekeeping were friendly. Not sure what negative reviews were about but we would definitely stay ahead if in that area again.

Positive: The room layout was good. The staff at the breakfast area was cheerful, welcoming and helpful. Negative: The bed was hard. There was some nasty brown splatter on the bathroom walls. Nobody changed or cleaned our room during our stay. Whenever we entered the building, there was no staff at the desk...you waited and they wandered out of some space in the back.

One reason I stay at a hotel is to sleep after a long day of work or driving. The hotel is so close to road with muffllerless trucks and folks who are not aware of speed limits. I would recommend bulldozing the place and moving it back about a mile where it's a bit quieter. Will not be returning.

Overall experience was ok. Very tight parking lot with minimal snow removal which limited parking even more and no clear path to hotel entrance. Rooms are decent. Bed looked comfortable until you actually sit or lay on it. Hard as a rock and springy. I sat down and got up at the same time. Breakfast is very limited due to their Covid procedures. Menu was pancakes or oatmeal, yogurt or danish…. They fix your plate for you. Stayed only to sleep and was back on the road in the morning. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.
