You have to be a U.S. veteran registered in the the VA system to be seen at the facility. I believe you also have to have a disability rating from an iniatial screening with a copy of ones military medicl records.

Call the Va & ask them. I don't think so. You should purchase travel insurance in Canadian for the time you are in the states. I think that is what you need to do. Then you can go to a regular hospital.

No, you can not go to the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center for medical care. You do not meet the eligibility requirements. There are many hospitals and medical clinics in the West Palm Beach area that are available to you.
