We had the great honor of Dr. Westerhaus treating my mom for a compression fracture and back and leg pain. We cannot even begin to express what a wonderful experience this was for our family from the initiation of the appointment (thank you Kaylie APRN, Dr. Westerhaus assistant), to the appointment (thanks Jude) and procedures. Dr. Westerhaus provides care with the patient's well-being and comfort at the center. His care is given with compassion, professionalism, and knowledge shown to us during planning the care for my mom. Dr. Westerhaus listens, imparts knowledge, and plans his care with the patient as the top priority. He is honest, caring, knowledgeable, and explains everything so everyone can understand. He makes you feel so at ease before, during and after care and procedures. We cannot say enough about his team. Kaylie was superb from initiating care, completing the initial intake and questions, explaining and giving updates during procedures and follow-up. Jude was great, flexible in setting further care, insurance knowledge, and setting up pre/post care. We felt at home and so comfortable and at peace from the moment we entered the office. Incredible is all I can say. From consultation to recovery, the staff were professional and courteous. I couldn’t recommend a better facility.
