Terrible experience when I went to get my annual blood work done here. I specifically requested my primary care physician (I will not reveal the name in the interest of politeness) for a test to monitor the effect of a medication I planned on taking. They ordered the test and asked me to have my blood drawn at Quest. When I got the results from my physician, I did not find the report indicating anything about the test requested. They didn’t even flag it as a missing parameter. I had to call them back, and I was juggled between Cleveland Clinic and Quest Diagnostics about the test order and the test not being done. Meanwhile I had started the medication and I am now left without a baseline report of this blood parameter (basically I won’t be able to detect any side effects of the medication now). I don’t know who is being sloppy here. But I’m thoroughly disappointed here as firstly, Cleveland Clinic did not even inform me that the lab tests came back with a missing parameter and is also not providing me any written communication that, my order was sent accurately to Quest Diagnostics so that I can take up the matter with them. It’s sad that the physician wouldn’t compare the results they received with the orders they placed. I don’t know where the blame lies but as a patient my experience has been unsatisfactory. You don’t even hear a word of apology for this sorry state of affairs. For a patient who waits weeks for an intake, I am left wondering what purpose does the wait and the visit serve if the doctor and the labs test you without being aware of the reason behind your visit. As much as I like to be understanding, the lack of diligence is troubling.

Still waiting for physical with Galen 40 minutes. Inexcusable

Why did you remove the lab??

Good doctors good service. Phone access cumbersome.

When does the vaccine against covi19 start?
Yes. But unless you have an idea lf what it could be or specific symptoms don't bother going. I've been actively going since June and still at square 1.
No. It is wonderful. Dr. Gogineni has been great.
You might want to call for that answer.
They actually see patients with general complaints. I had the same question.
