I bought a cute pair of glasses off Groupon a "few years ago", lost my pair and decided to stroll in today. Thought to myself 'hey, they probably have my info' so I don't have to go back to original optometrist. Walk in, wasn't greeted, don't care. Customer service is dead anyway. Introducing myself and my reason for visiting. Told her (today 3/8 at 2pm) that I have lost my pair and would like to simply buy another. Crickets.... so I hint to her, if she still had my info. I thought out loud "around 3 years ago" (before my baby which oddly my vision improved...defining all old wives tales about vision declining) I was stopped mid sentence that prescriptions expire in 3 years. Mind you I have a slight astigmatism and use them mainly for night driving and TV viewing. Not close to legally blind. (Have also had the same prescription for over 5 years) Whilst I was being educated I touched a super cute pair I was interested in, expressing to my daughter these would be much cuter. With half an inch off the shelf, my good Ole friend behind the desk who was already annoyed I was in the store, promptly told me everything has been sanitized and anything touched or tried on needs to be set aside and resanitized. Let's be honest.... WE ALL KNOOOOOWWWW by now. (No disrespect for all covid sanitizion for others but this was nooooo sweet gesture. This was as if i touched my nasty grandmothers china before her fake friends come over) For fun, my new friend behind the desk was not wearing a mask (great! Love living in Florida because of that) but once I was showing interest in conversation she put one on. Great! That's her choice. I felt completely spoken down to. I would have loved to walk out of there within 15 mins with my name info, old prescription, same frame reordered and picking them up in 2 weeks. Probably around $230. Who cares. Without the rudeness, over education when I don't care, the lack of courtesy and why I have to tell my polite child obviously we shouldn't be shopping there. Funny how it comes back around to why they offered the Groupon in the 1st place a few years ago. Ps...gent walked in when we were thanking our new BFF for her time, he stated to her "sorry I forgot my mask" and she said "it's OK you are probably vaccinated so you are healthy" lady.. PUUUHHHHHLLLLLEAAAASSEEEE *this is not a mask/covid/vaccine review* I am just quoting the situation. Why the attitude? Why the condescending education that I didn't need. Get off your chair. Engage. Help with the sale and enjoy having a great job. Or don't, which was clearly your choice today. Bummer. Cute glasses store if you aren't looking for a warm welcome, hahah.

Horrible. The optician told me they were ‘BY APPOINTMENT ONLY’ and refused me entry. The store was empty except for her and remained so for the next 1.5 hrs as I observed while having lunch on a patio across the street. I really love their eyewear so I went back to take a look at the signage to see if I missed an indication that they were appointment only. I had not. Unfortunately, I think my skin was the wrong shade to receive service here.

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. What a great store. My associate was Robert, who was fantastic! Very patient and all around kind guy ... He walked me through the entire process and showed me all my discounts for the two frames I bought. Can't wait to come back and get more glasses! Great colors and frames for an even better value.

We sure do! You can pick a pair off the sunglass wall or pick any frame in the store and we can turn it into your favorite pair of sunglasses. We offer polarized sunglasses in just about every material and lens type, including CR-39 plastic, polycarbonate and high-index. We also sell non-prescription sunglasses starting at $119 with some including polarized sun lenses.
