Outstanding place for a variety of services for people with disabilities. It has a therapeutic pool, fully equipped gym, medical day care, a residential summer camp for people with disabilities in the Catoctin mountains called Camp Greentop and they just dedicated a new beautiful garden and outdoor space at their facility.

I found the league through Good Samaritan Hospital. The pool was 90°, the whirlpool was 102. I have never found the pool crowded. There were classes for beginners. The pool has all the water exercise equipment that you may need at your disposal. You're not alone There's Always someone to help. I found the environment as clean as my own Hospital. There is a weight room area that has a large assortment of equipment that will work on any and every muscle that may need support. With one word there is a associate who is happy to assist, also there is a large assortment of free weights for those more advanced. I take this time today to write this review because this is an environment with a community that makes you want to get up every day to get stronger and healthier. Here at the The League it's truly All About You. We're just a family trying to get back to enjoying life. Oh! Did I tell you it's just $20 a month.. so please come join our little family On your way to Better Health.Just come by for a walkthrough it's free🏊♂️🏋🤗

I drop a lot of my passengers off here and they love it. I think the highlight for them being as those they do have a variety of disabilities is that on certain days they turn it into a club so their clients can be social among their peers in a club like atmosphere. The staff is so friendly.

Yes they do. Lessons are either private or in a group setting. Lessons happen on Saturday afternoons.

Hi Micah, In person CLUB1111 will not happen until it is safe to gather in large numbers. However we are having Virtual CLUB1111 on the second Saturday of every month from 6pm to 8pm.
