Mount Vernon Coin Company is a. They are untrustworthy in providing your product you ordered. They then charge you to send back to them saying "you will get credit". No one should want credit from this company. They advertise falsely about their product.

Reported scam and nothing happened. And it was a scam done to a senior citizen.

They do not respond in a timely manner.

They did not help me with a complaint filed against Pep Boys in Catonsville 4/13/22. When I disagreed with what Pep Boys wrote, I sent my second reply. Today BBB closed the case and sided with Pep Boys. Pep Boys lied to me and lied to BBB, yet if you have the money to take a company to small claims court do it. I do not. Yet, I hold my truth and integrity high. There will be a time when they will answer to God as he knows all. I will never use BBB again as they lack integrity! Note: June 22 2022...sending a letter to the D.C BBB office who handled the case. Also, sending a letter to Pep Boys corp office about my complaint.

The BBB of Greater Maryland is very unethical and highly corrupt. Angela Orbits and Angie Barnett should be fired for gross negligence. ..

I've had packages labeled with CRM but that was a product testing site from a company called E-Search. They send you the product, you test it and after you test the product and write your review on the email they send. After that, that's when they pay you the amount they mentioned on the first email. If that is what your referring to then it's legit. If that's not what your talking about, I apologize for this and hope you can figure it out. Have a good day.

If you are looking to achieve a resolution to your concerns with the business, you may file a complaint through BBB. Go to bbb.org and search for "Mattress Firm." You can file a complaint directly on their profile. When you file a complaint be sure to include a narrative of what's going on and the resolution you're looking to achieve. Hopefully these instructions help!
I used the online contact form on the BBB of Greater Baltimore's website with much success. A representative communicated with me via email and my issue was resolved.
BBB does not have a profile for a business by that name. Always double check the registration status of movers before hiring. A U.S. DOT number is required by FMCSA for interstate moves. https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/search.asp An video with hiring tips is also available on our Youtube channel here: https://youtu.be/3aZC2suozss
Snap a picture of the sign and submit it with a decription of what you interpret the sign to mean, and what the business intended to convey with the sign. :)

Hi Paula, I went online and I contacted company, because I didn't apply with computer that's the only way I could remedy this issue. I also spoke with many customer service representative's and I sent proof of my identity. I've dealt with BBB years ago but NEVER had to go through this. They just requested proof AND justice was serverd. All I ask of BBB is to fight on my behalf and make this company unsubscribe me .
No clue sounds scammy to me
Don't TRUST many of them... All they want is your MONEY . THEY'RE scams
You need to call the company's and talk to them and let them know your lawyer is going to sue them
Call your local BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and ask all your questions thus being BBB
Go on line to BBB of what ever state and then the businesd
Never heard of them
I DON'T work there so I have no clue
You probably need to talk to government agencies regulating the assisted living or complain to the boss of the employee.
“Dwayne, things like tip-earning and overtime impact the amount an employer is required to pay. Here’s a link to the answer from the MD Dept of Labor Licensing and Regulation, https://www.dllr.state.md.us/labor/wages/minimumwagelaw.pdf.”

Thank you so much for the quick response. I only recieved an email stating charges that I owed, but never recieved an letters or further warning. I know that I was late, but I also know that the way the unit was sold was not the correct way to go about selling it. Not being notified just as you have stated. I will go by there to ask for verification of the letter that was mailed that I never recieved. Then should I consult with you the results?
Stay on them call corporate send pictures. They should exchange it.
I don't know whom they are. This was for the corrupt BBB in Greater Maryland.
The only way you could have any recourse is if you were billed one price and charged another. If you were billed $500 and paid $500 and there is no breach of contract you will have to deal. BTW, $500 is a pretty standard appraisal fee, even if it seems its on the high side.
