When I was telling Priscilla what kind of haircut I wanted, her eyes glazed over like she didn’t understand what I was saying. I provided a reference picture and told her very clearly what I wanted multiple times, and also told her what I did not want. Then, she proceeded to cut my hair completely differently, just doing whatever she wanted. I had been growing my hair out for weeks so I could get it cut at the right length, and now it will take months to grow it back out to try again. Why does this always happen? At what point do these barbers lose their license?
