Terrible service by custom framing department. They delayed my framing order 2 times and finally when I reached there to pickup the frame after their confirmation, the hanging hooks were missing. I had to wait another 20 mins. The guy at counter took 5 mins to find the frame as half completed frame was burried under other frames. I don’t understand why even they would confirm that frame was ready? I would never return to this location for framing orders.
