Excellent place they serve you later, they don't wait for you like in other places, I recommend them, I used to go to another place but, it took me up to 3 hours even though my children didn't have cavities, the truth is that it was there all day, and when I found out about this place now as long as Family Smiles of Plano exists I will always take my children there, thank you very much to all the staff who work there for me they are all excellent workers, always very friendly, one hundred percent recommended

This practice is very welcoming and the employees at the desk, doing x-rays and assisting the dentist are always so nice. At my recent appt there was longer than usual waiting and the dentist spent more time explaining his reasons for being late than my actual exam and cleaning took!!

My family and I have been visiting this clinic for years. The Dr. is super friendly and very good at his job. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the receptionist who is attending in front (I don't know her name). I drive 30 minutes away to get to the clinic. Today I had an appointment at 9:00 in the morning (he always arrived minutes before each appointment) and was told that it had been cancelled. When asking why, since I did not cancel it, the receptionist said that they tried to contact me and I did not answer. I asked him the number they called and when he gave me the number I told him that was NOT my phone number. I let him know and told him that I have had the same phone number for years and that they have also had my number since I started going to this clinic. I told him that I was driving 30 minutes and that if I couldn't do something with my date, the only thing he told me was that I couldn't do anything and that if I wanted I could change the date because my place was given to someone else. He didn't offer an apology or admit that it was their mistake to dial a number that wasn't mine. They may not mind losing patients, but they lost 5 clients today! Make sure they have your correct information so the same thing doesn't happen to them that happened to me :\
