I never write reviews but I just can’t avoid it this time. I went to this place for a FREE consultation for ortho. They took X-rays. The doctor barely saw me and said he wouldn’t discuss ortho without even having a cleaning in my teeth (I was aware I was overdue for a cleaning). They offered me the deep cleaning and I decided not to take treatment because I already had another appointment for that in the afternoon. When I went to my second dentist appointment they requested X- Rays from the previous dentist visit since I’M PREGNANT and can only have so much radiation they denied to send them unless I paid a $75 fee because my visit was free and denied the treatment (so I didn’t have my treatment done in the other place). Today my Insurance notified me that this “FREE” ortho visit wasn’t free because they charged my insurance almost $300 the evaluation plus 2 X Rays and on top of that wanted to charge me the $75 fee. OMG this is insane and ALL about money. Last but not least they didn’t let me know my insurance was not in network, this was such a waste of time and money now that my anual covered amount was reduced by this dentist office.
