EDIT: The office manager called and apologetically explained that the screw-up occurred at the national call center. The dentist was out last week, and due to travel time, the fill-in was not seeing patients until 9:00. The schedule was blocked out prior to 9:00 and the call center should not have scheduled me at the time they did. Based on this, I rescheduled and was very pleased with the visit. The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Taha was thorough in her explanation of the aligners and had an excellent bedside manner. Upgraded from 1 to 4 stars. END The office is supposed to open at 7:30 on Thursdays. I showed up for an 8:15 appointment to consider the Motto aligners. The office is locked and no one is there. I saw someone else sitting in the parking lot apparently also waiting for an appointment. If this is the level of service I can expect, it's obvious I need to move on to other options.

Not pleased with partial. The partial caused alot of discomfort and severe gum bruising. I have worn partials for years, this time was awful. Scheduled a revisit and getting the run around. Not confident in staff and management 😕

Poor experience. When I arrived at the office, they told me their system was down and they wouldn't be able to see me. No courtesy call or text to warn me beforehand. Instead I had to make the trip out to the office to find out. Waste of my time and gas. I've already changed providers. Ignore all of the confirmation emails and texts you get for you appointment and call beforehand to make sure they can actually see you.

Wish I could give -ve stars! Very expensive, you’ll be better off getting your treatment done elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Yes and they have the best prices.

Will they try to talk me in to getting implants if I want parials? I had that experience before. One dentist pulled two teeth at one visit. One was connected to a partial. I only went to get a tooth filled but they wouldn't do it.
