I was recently informed by mail I was no longer a patient of Dr. Naureen Agha. Sure Jenny painted me as the angry black man and got me cancelled. Because of a $40 balance from last year 2021, Sept. & Nov. I repeatedly asked Jenny for a statement, why I wasn't notified of this then and before now in April 2022. Jenny kept ignoring saying you can take care of balance now. Frustrated with being ignored I told her no I would not and I hung up(maybe this got me cancelled) This was all on 5/13/22 but on 5/3/22 she never mentioned this $40 balance. Did my due diligence and found out I had paid a $20 copay each visit last year to that office as I do always. I actually started to leave a year ago because of Jenny her attitude stinks. She came across as racist quite a bit or someone who had a problem with certain men. Never could get a statement showing I owe a balance not even a phone call, but I got a you are cancelled noticed. Amazing. Couldn't get anyone to answer phones lied about not receiving messages from answering service. I'm very curious to know what Dr. Agha actually knows. Very disappointed in Dr. Agha's leadership in regards to this matter. Didn't even call to see what was actually going on. Thank you Jenny for not telling the truth. Thank you Dr. Agha for not wanting to know the truth. The truth will come out, right always prevails. Always.

A new potential patient here struggling to schedule an appointment with them is challenging. I have called them several times and left voice mails to schedule the appointment. I also submitted preregister form online as requested but no on called back. It is been almost a week. Maybe they have too many patients and don't care for another potential customer.

My 1st visit, and I'm just going to say this plan and simple... She was GREAT. She explained everything out, in Dr language and then regular folks language😁. She gave all the options from simple to extensive. She even fussed at me a little😂😂... But seriously, she was wonderful... Very knowledgeable.
