Amazing place to call home! We moved Early March and have truly enjoyed it this far. They have an amazing dog wash center for all the pet parents/ well kept dog park. Events hosted by Christiana Lacy are always top notch. Location is unbeatable; Legacy hall which has a huge food court/ restaurants and LV/ GUCCI right around corner and also the shuttle gets us right in-front of those stores.

If I could give LVL29 10 stars I would!! We love it here! From the beautiful building to the amazing staff everything is top notch! There are several things that set this place apart… The amenities and all of the weekly/monthly events we have!! Thank you LVL29 and ALL the staff for making this place a 10!

My husband and I love living here at Lvl29. We had never lived in a highrise before and did not know what to expect. The apartments were better than we anticipated, very clean and bright and open. The staff is great and very friendly. The maintenance team is always available and gets to us quickly. Jennifer at the leasing office has helped us wirh so many things, she is awesome to work with. We are very happy living here.

I was looking for a luxury high-rise residence and I was so lucky to find LVL29. This place is like living at a luxury resort. The staff is so professional and nice, especially Amanda and Zack and the rest of the staff. They treat everyone like family. This place has all the luxury amenities from the great gym to the fire pit where people can sit around and visit to the pool and hot tub. My balcony is on the 24th floor facing south and I sit out at night and look at the skyline. If you want to be near all the activities Plano and Frisco have to offer and be in walking distance to Legacy West, this place is the place you want to live at. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I will be here for a long time. Best place I have ever lived and the staff and the amenities make this place 5 stars. If you can get a residence here take it now because they will be fully occupied very soon. This is the view from my balcony at night. A million dollar view. Andy

Our property is very focused on security. We have a 24-hour lobby desk attendant, access controlled elevators and electronically secured building access. Additionally, we have package pickup & dropoff so you don’t have to worry about package security while you’re out.
I'm not sure at the moment. We are still in the process of building. I'm just a plumber on the project. I would think that it will not be judging on the area. Hope that helps somewhat.
