I’ve lived here since June 2019 and this was one of my first leases with my son. My experience was good to say the least. The office staff was always very helpful and friendly and everytime I had an issue, which wasn’t often they’d fix it right away. Unfortunately I had to end my lease this year due to my sons school location or I would have renewed it going on to 3 years. I would definitely recommend living here, the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the front office ladies are very helpful as long as you communicate your issues to them.

The WORST apartment complex ever ! Just recently tried to help my little sister move here(her first apartment). She applied around mid September, paid application fee , gave check stubs etc. Once the stubs and application/fee was submitted they NEVER followed up with a phone call or even an update . We waited about two weeks and called back for the status. We were told that they didn’t receive all 3 and she had to send an additional stub ( no one reached out to update this information at all ..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) She proceeded to send another , waited about another week (the apartment was supposed to be ready Oct 20 btw) it’s around Oct 1st at this point. The first week we called back and ROSIE proceeded to tell me multiple times the first week “the person working on your application is on the phone (sometimes she not in yet ) I’ll leave a message for her to give you a call back “. (The rest of the week goes by ,NO CALL) the following week we called again for an update. Same lady who answered told us the same story (about the lady not being in) . Once they decided to answer the phone they then told us that they weren’t able to verify employment (after they’ve already exchanged information with the HR department) NO ONE CALLED, TEXTED OR EVEN SENT AN EMAIL to give an update on all of this. Called the next two days after this “were just not able to verify “ (never stated why or anything ) We had to ask the HR department about an update she explained she already exchanged emails with them etc. Called back the following day Rosie : “Well we talked to somebody that’s all we were waiting on “ ( AGAIN WHY DO I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO CALL FOR AN UPDATE IF THATS YOUR JOB) (according to them they weren’t able to open the file because it’s not PDF .. I open the file in MY EMAIL/ COMPUTER PERFECTLY FINE) We asked our mom for assistance because they were giving us the run around. The property manager “CARMEN” or whatever was VERY RUDE to our mom for trying to figure out what the problem was . Everybody in that leasing office is lazy and expects you to do their job for them ! The office opens at 8:30 am good luck trying to get someone to answer before 10am .They told us a date the apartment was supposed to be ready and gave us the run around for Dang near 2 months! CALL THE BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU ) and report the whole office if you experience something similar. Hopefully next management will be more welcoming and have better communication it’s 2022 if your not gonna do your job why come to work !? This complex may be in Desoto, but it is VERY VERY GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL. (@the complex don’t bother to reply with your email/number saying to reach out )
