It's a big apartment complex & the rent is very reasonable. It's very difficult to get a vacant apartment. You have apply first & need to wait for your turn.

I ran across these apartments through my apartment hunter. At the moment I was going through a tough times and had to leave my previous home because of a domestic situation. I called the apartments to see if they had availability and spoke with the manager Paulette and explained my situation. She literally saved mines and my daughters life. She gave us a home and I'm grateful for her. I've been a resident here for 2 years now and I must say I am pleased. The apartments are quiet. The only noise I here is kids playing outside and I rather here that than gun shots lol. Every place is not perfect but the management do care. Just explain your situation and they will work with you. As far as the other reviews everyone is titled to their own opinions. As for me I love them . Thank you for understanding and and being there.

Emergency maintenance requests such as ceiling water leaks or other issues that can endanger tenants or damage the property still require multiple calls just like minor maintenance would. Management just announced a new policy where tenants CANNOT pay on site, but must use an online website that adds an exorbitant fee *or* go to Walmart. WTH? I have rented on some ten different properties over a period of 30 years and I've never seen this before. Parking for visitors has gotten ridiculous, requiring a lengthy permitting process every time and scaring residents with threats of their friends or family being towed at high cost if they visit more than a couple times a week. There are no safe play areas for children, who end up playing in parking lots for lack of alternatives. Office staff are among the rudest I've ever met, and seem to thrive on making the many immigrant residents from different continents uncomfortable and unwelcome by having confusing procedures and constantly making them think they are going to be charged for things like faulty stove controls. As an American, I find the apartments' approach offensive and stay only to be near family. Wish they'd sell to landlords who actually LIKE tenants and know how to build a profitable but welcoming apartment community. BTW, anyone saying they haven't had problems with roaches has gotten very, very lucky. Various neighbors have had ongoing problems, especially after a tenant moves out and the bugs need a new home. Note: one additional detail that is not in the control of the apartment complex is that residents are assigned to an elementary school that is too far to walk to (0.9 mi of busy roads), but just short of the minimum distance for the school system to be legally required to send a bus. If you want your PK-5 kids to be able to walk to school or have bus service, you are going to need to live either a little further away or much closer.
