We applied here in January of 2022. We gave the previous management $450 in money orders to pay our deposits. Apparently we got accepted but it was difficult to talk to them— both old and new management since they were going through a management change. So after almost a month of not being updated about our unit, we went in person to find out what was going on. Of course, as expected with external looking run down places like this one, they lost our application and COULD NOT give us a refund. Mind you, it’s already March and I have not yet seen or been updated about my money. I already tried contacting the old management, the current management, and the city. It’s bad enough that they casually lost $450 but it’s worse when NO ONE can help me get my money back. Every time I pass by here, it frustrates me. Hopefully you don’t go through this with them but I did, and that’s why I give these apartments one star because I’m running out of options on how I’m able to receive my money back. Ps. It’s April going to May. We have not received our money. Thinking about pressing charges. Ps. Pt2. It’s about to be 2023 and my issue has not been resolved. I ended up going to some luxury apartments in Cedar hill. Best decision ever. I’m sure the old property manager stole my money. Called PLS and they told me it was cashed in. I only hope the new management is doing this place some justice.

I don't live here. And I don't think I will. Tried calling them multiple times on different days. No one picked up the phone. Went in person to take a tour. The office door was closed and no one was there to show around too. All this during business hours! Definitely a bad first impression!
