I was referred by a friend , property is great but doesn’t provide accurate information , water bill is separate and will go up unexpectedly in rapid amount without explanation , cars get broken into even if security present . My lease is up soon and do not plan to renew . Office personal lives at the property making accusations about the residents . Not right at all

It is a small complex, clean, the maintenance staff is fast and pleasant, there are always parking lots, parks, office staff does not demand or take measures with the fulfillment and requirements of the contract, the children keep the complex like a soccer field constantly hitting cars, people and breaking private property with the ball.
