These apartments were absolutely gorgeous before the current painting “upgrades”. Why in the world would anyone paint over natural brick?? The once beautiful buildings now look like project properties. The money spent would have been better used to replace the wooden balcony railings, which need replacing due to rotting. The bright thing about these apartments is the grounds are kept nice and the maintenance guy is knowledgeable and thorough. I only wish they had polled the residents before deciding on these paint choices.

There is no hot shower for 2 days. I had to take my babies to other places so they don’t get a cold. There is even no water today.
