Terrible customer service. Ignore you and point across the store when you ask where a certain product may be. Was hoping for someone to help me pick the right color concealer but that didn’t happen. Spent an hour trying on my own and decided I’d go to Sephora where they could actually help me. Unfortunate since I usually like Ulta.

Do any of the makeup staff have experience/specialty in secondary-sex-characteristic-defying transgender contour/highlights/shadows? Particularly feminizing ones, (I'm F-amab) but as a couple we may need either effect as my partner is NB-afab.
