What a horrible company. They send coupons in the mail, Father's Day sale, in store only. I arrive with my handful of coupons for great deals like an $80 tent for just $30, and $40 sleeping bags for $18. But to no avail. No empty shelf space from being sold out; I could understand that. In reality they don't actually stock any of the advertised items in the store. In store only? What a scam, just to get people in the door. Don't waste your time.

Terrible customer service. Rarely anyone at the ammo counter. I was denied a sale because the only person working the area "just clocked out" and walked past me. They have ammo since they can't be bothered to sell it to you. Absolutely useless place.

I enjoy going to this Big5 store-- it's got great prices, and a surprisingly large selection. The bottom line is you can go to Big5, buy it and have it today, and it's about the same price or better than you'd have online.

Didn't realize there was still a huge big 5 around. This store reminds me of the stores I use to go into as a kid. They have it all and plenty of room to display it. Everyone in the store was super helpful. Next trip to Big-5 will definitely be here. Got some good basketball shoes on sale.
