Best Customer Service at this location, me and my spouse decided to upgrade our iphone7 to iphone13 trade-in. Sophear S. & Ethan F. was very helpful full of smile with sense of humor. Sophear S. did an excellent job re-setting Apple ID/PW for my spouse, which Apple was not able to complete the task, took them 2 weeks to re-set....But Sophear S. thank you and may his day. Ethan/Sophear keep up the good work, you guys deserve a raise, you have excellent communication very professional and make the customer feel welcome...thank you

I went in today to get my SIM card issue fixed and I was greeted with great customer service. I wished I got the employees name to recommend her to everyone she is friendly and informative. I forgot some passwords and pins but she was very helpful and was able to help me with that. I will also recommend This store if you do not want to wait long lines as most Verizon stores I’ve gone to take forever to attend customers.

I had a new number on my iPhone . I was not able to text anyone who had an Android. I went through 3 different Verizon’s and they could not help me . Sophia, said she was not a tech but she could try . AMAZING!! It now works. Thank you Sophia , she is a gem!

I am so delighted to share my wonderful experience at Verizon store in Palo Alto, CA. For me it was a rare case. Very rare case indeed. My phone got damaged. Needed a new phone but had no idea what was my password, Apple ID, … in the past I tried to recover them through Apple and Verizon but no success whatsoever. So I knew I am here for a surprise. Oh and data was not backed up! So I walked in to Palo Alto Verizon store and got greeted by Jesse and Diana. Extremely friendly but most importantly, My impressions was they are very very knowledgeable. Yes indeed. Extremely knowledgeable. They could accomplish all needed maneuvers that no one were able do in the past. They gave great deals on my new phone, setting up all new Apple ID, … transfer all data ( not backed up) from a broken phone ( glass was broken so it was doing random functions) . Believe me, lots of details that only deeply know how would be able to do it. I am so impressed and see hope that still there is a good old American sole in our services and business still exists.
