I have always been greeted when going here. I don't know what the other review was about because I find the staff there to be very helpful. Even when there is a line out the door I have found them still to be kind and helpful. And I usually have to go there a few times a week at various times of the day. Never had a bad experience.

The employees here are unprofessional and unhelpful. Even more, they lie. When I walked in to send my priority package, I wonder if I can use the priority tape. The male staff says I need to purchase the tape because usps does not provide free tape for priority package. They ask me to pay to purchase the tape to close my box . They are lying because usps is still providing free tape for priority package sender.

People in this location definitely need customer service training. There are two women, young girl doing fine, everything good with explanation and understanding. The other asian woman is unprofessional and rude. She couldn't answer my questions, also, it was very hard to understand her, she didn't give me an answer and mentioned that she has a long line. Actually, I stayed in that line and did not get what I needed. Waste of time for me. Very disappointed.

Great walk-in USPS office with helpful and friendly staff. I chose incorrect envelope for delivery, they pointed this out and helped to fill papers for other one. All the questions answered, all the options explained. They have boxes and everything for packaging.
