4 packages were put on hold because a driver didn't understand the apartment number is 4 digits: building number + unit number. Understandable. I would change the confusing address if I could. However, the address is technically correct. Called Support, gave the 4 tracking numbers needing to be redelivered. Support messaged this center, and I received a call from the center later that day. Explained the issue and got it sorted out. I THOUGHT. They redelivered ONE of FOUR. And now, 2 days later, nothing. Called Support yesterday AND today to get another call, but radio silence from this facility. Supposedly, Support can't call the facility directly. Horrible experience. Regardless of the reasons for this situation, it's at the expense of customers, and I would never choose to have my package go through this facility ever again.

Like many other reviewers I am here to report terrible customer service. I was straight up lied to. The guy who was there to hand out packages told me that the package that I had showed up at the scheduled time to pick up was still on the truck, and that I needed to come back at 8pm at night well after the place was closed, go out to the employee parking lot and look for a tent where there would be a person there with my package. I can't believe I fell for it. I feel stupid and gullible. Well, I showed up at 8pm as instructed and there was a tent, but there was no one there. And the security guard who came over to find out why there was a guy wandering around the parking lot at 8PM informed me that there is nobody who has that job, and that I needed to leave. The guy that told me to show up at 8PM did not return my notice slip with the infonotice number on it, so I can't change the delivery to request re-delivery.

Every time I've come here, they've been quite efficient: I come in, drop off or pick up my package, and I'm out in just a few minutes (or sometimes 30 seconds). Can't complain about that. It's not stocked with office supplies or anything like a UPS Store would be, but that's fine; that's not what this place is about. The one issue I have is that the customer center is inside an active distribution center, so it's not necessarily clear how to get in if you're not familiar with the place. Just pay close attention to the signs, and best not to come in the early morning or late afternoon/evening when the trucks are leaving or arriving. I usually come in the afternoon, between noon and 3, and it's quiet enough.

Had a package with a pre printed shipping label to drop off. Entrance isn't immediately obvious, so you may have to ask staff where the customer drop off area is. Dropping off the package was fast and simple, the exchange took no more than 30 seconds.

They won't renew it at the post office, but you can mail it in to have it renewed (within certain limitations).
I think you should contact them directly. I am not ups but i do know usps has been having delays. Good luck with your issue

Were you on speaker phone? Sometimes that will not work with push button options. I would try to get a phone number inside the hub...
