Mohammed has some of the best customer service skills that will shine no matter what he does. Anna on the other hand, very unprofessional “management”. Yelling at team members because they are helping fedex customers in front of a packed store??

As usual the worst service by Fedex. No surprise they never treat their customers well. Simply the staff here just don't know what they are doing. I had to drop off one my Walmart package. With my surprise two of the staffs there said they were not sure whether Fedex take Walmart return. They tried to find the order details and they scanned the QR code details. But still they were not able to it. I went to different Fedex locations and they could find the order and they told me I need to pay for the box in which they would send the package back to Walmart. They told me to pay (where Walmart said its free return and free drop off) and with my surprise I see they delivered the package to my doorstep instead of Walmart. When I tried to drop it off in the nearby Walmart store they said since the return process is already started they can not do anything. I dont want to see these pathetic Fedex service and their stupid staff.

DO NOT drop items at the mailbox area , ship my package to my door ! I've been saying this to FedEx because some items got stolen at mailbox area and they keep doing the same! Not happy at all!
