My mom was supposed to get physical therapy and Among other things wasn't getting the attentiveness that I had her there for until I called her insurance Company to check things ...Good people in there but if you don't stay on them about your love one they will not do there Job to the fullest

The staff at Grosse Pointe Manor is extremely attentive and accommodating to their residents. Michelle, the director, is very involved in the residents' day-to-day care and personally calls family members regarding any concerns or questions. The rooms are always very clean and looked after. The PT is also great and they serve my mom Korean food which she loves! I would recommend sending any of your loved ones to this facility.

I first toured Grosse Point Manor about a month ago and was guided by Michelle Castronova. She asked about my brother’s particular medical situation and tailored my tour to highlight those aspects of Grosse Point Manor that would be most beneficial to him. She was very transparent and explained the financial aspects of Grosse Point Manor, as well as the type and the level of care. Michelle was an enthusiastic ambassador. My brother has now been at Grosse Point Manor for several weeks. I have had contact with other personnel during that time and have been equally as impressed by their interest in his well being. Sherry Mauer was a valuable assist in helping my brother execute some legal documents. Physical aspects of a facility are important in choosing a place for a loved one, but they are no where near as important as the quality of the people in the building - and I am impressed by the quality, and number, of caring people at Grosse Ponit Manor who are caring for my brother.

Grosse Pointe Manor do an exceptional job with resident's and residents families. Covid being a factor safety is there number one concern. The staff ensures everyone is following protocols, and that all visits are done in the safest manner. The facility is very clean and all residents are and happy. I would recommend sending any of your loved ones to this facility.
